Emily Perkins


A native resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, Emily Perkins began her professional acting career at the age of 10, and made her feature film debut in 1989’s Small Sacrifices. The following year, she was recognized with a YTV National Youth Achievement award in acting and landed key roles on the television series Mom P.I. and several films, including Stephen King’s It.

As an adult, Emily received a Leo Award for her recurring role in CBC’s critically acclaimed drama Da Vinci’s Inquest. Her starring roles in the Ginger Snaps film trilogy also received wide critical praise, earning her a Best Actress Award at Spain’s International Festival for Fantastic Cinema.

Emily has made many television appearances over the years, in both dramatic and comedic series such as, The X-FilesDead Like MeThe Twilight ZoneAliens in AmericaHiccups, and the fan favorite, Supernatural. In film, Emily has won large roles in the comedies She’s the Man and Another Cinderella Story, as well as appearing in 2007’s Oscar winning Juno.
